Phalcon Compliance review
Verdict. A compliance workspace from BlockSec, the security firm behind MetaSleuth, that screens addresses and transaction hashes on ten networks and explains each result as entity, interaction and behavioural risk. Prices are public: 3 free screenings a month, credit packs from $1.10 to $1.90 a check, or subscriptions. It gives risk levels rather than a number, and its terms name the operator only as “BlockSec”.
How the score adds up
Six criteria, weighted as published in our methodology. Each note lists what we could and could not verify.
A published price (Free plan (3 checks a month) · credit packs $1.10–$1.90 a check), free checks, no subscription needed and full price list is public.
7 of the 10 core networks are confirmed in its own docs: Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum and Solana.
Breakdown by risk category and transaction-hash checks. Missing: numeric risk score not offered and PDF report not verified.
Says it uses its own attribution data. Missing: operator not named.
No wallet connection — you only paste an address and no account for the first check.
Available via Web and API.

Channels
Who runs it
Its terms and privacy policy name the operator only as “BlockSec”, governed by Hong Kong law with arbitration in Hong Kong; no registered entity, number or address is given. Without an entity in its terms, nobody is clearly accountable for the report. It says it uses its own attribution data.
Is Phalcon Compliance legit? Official links and fakes
Phalcon Compliance’s operator is named only on its press page, not in its terms. Our scam vetting of 13 Oct 2026 — operator, regulator lists, security reports, complaints and whether it asks for a wallet connection — found no reports of fraud. Status at our automatic check of 4 Nov 2026: working. The real service only needs a public address — anything asking for a seed phrase, a wallet connection or a signature is fake.

FAQ
How is Phalcon Compliance different from MetaSleuth?
Both come from BlockSec. MetaSleuth is a fund-tracing tool; Phalcon Compliance is a screening and monitoring workspace that rates addresses and transactions by risk level and can produce STR and SAR reports.
How much does Phalcon Compliance cost?
The Free plan gives 3 screenings a month. Pay-as-you-go packs cost $95 for 50 screenings, $300 for 200 and $2,200 for 2,000, valid 12 months. Essential starts at $39 a month for 25 screenings; API access comes with Scale, from $699 a month.
Does Phalcon Compliance ask for a seed phrase?
It should not, and a real AML check never needs one — only a public address. Any bot or site using this name that asks for a seed phrase or a wallet connection is fake.
Can Phalcon Compliance guarantee my exchange won’t freeze funds?
No service can. Exchanges and stablecoin issuers use their own data and rules. A low score lowers the risk; it is not a guarantee.
